KERRY JAMES - Strategy
Kerry has more than 20 years of experience developing brands, with a focus on building strategic marketing plans that connect to effective digital platforms and CRM programs. She began her career on the agency side, driving P&G brands such as Tide and Pampers, then moved into a research role at Ipsos, finally becoming co-owner of a full-service marketing agency in Cincinnati. As part of Kickdrum, Kerry brings her expertise in data and strategy to synthesize insights into persuasive communication strategies. She declined to add a fun fact to her bio because in her words, "I'm not a fun person." She then laughed out loud at her own hilarious joke.
ALEX BRAGG - Strategy
Alex has synthesized a just-right mix of human insight, cultural context and brand truths to help brands like Stella Artois, Eucerin, Campbell’s Soup, Computer Associates, and Hungry-Man evolve and better connect with their customers. During his 20 years of experience, including strategy roles at Lowe, BBDO, and DraftFCB, he has always been driven to crisply define business problems and discover the ideas that solve them. He gets over-the-top excited about this sort of thing. Alex is currently engaged in an extended test of his strategy skills at home, where he develops new and exciting ways to pit his triplets against each other--before they wise up, rally together and take him out. But honestly, he’s just delaying the inevitable.

In 15 years working in strategy, branding, measurement, CRM and research, he has weighed data and institutional knowledge against cultural trends and intuition to guide communication planning. His work has successfully changed the trajectory for brands at P&G, Abbott Nutrition, U.S. Bank and Tyson Foods. At Kickdrum, Dan’s job is to continue surfacing powerful ideas that lead to emotional connections with consumers while driving strong business results for clients. He once marched in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade, or as it was commonly referred to that year, Dan Whitmyer’s Dan Whitmyer Day parade.
KATE MCGUIRE - Creative, Art
Kate has more than a decade of art direction and design experience, including work with brands like P&G, Smucker’s, Formica, Sbarro and North High Brewing. To that end, Kate brings an unmatched eye for detail and strong visual perspective to every assignment. Is she a font nerd? Yes. Is she obsessed with Pantone chips? Obviously. Does she somehow make everything she touches look amazing? Ohmigosh, you guys...
